    • Hey Gretchen – Unfortunately, they’re usually done. There are a few varieties that may regenerate – anything onion, leek, or scallion mircrogreens could regenerate. We usually stagger the trays – so as we’re planting one tray, another is ready to harvest, and by the time we eat it all, there’s another tray ready. I hope that helps! Thank you for the question!
