Spring Peas with Herbs

April 30, 2019

One of my favorite garden to table dishes in spring! Nothing like freshly steamed peas tossed with a dab of butter, just-picked herbs, a splash of cream, then sprinkled with flaky sea salt. Such an easy dish but so delicious - and oh, that color.
