My technique video below demonstrates Pre-Shape and Shape for 3 loaves of sourdough. I’ll teach you how to build tension for that fantastic oven-spring. We’ll work with 3 loaves of dough: 2 are my Beginner Tartine Sourdough Bread recipe, and the 3rd is an intermediate loaf using whole wheat and spelt.
I also show you how to check for “PROOFING”, and preparing your bannetons for your overnight cold retard.
