Drizzle olive oil in a 9x13" pan. Stretch pizza dough into the corners. Allow to rest in-between stretches.
Work into the corners. Then, cover with plastic wrap and allow to rise until doubled, light & puffy.
Apply cubed mozarella on top of the dough. Spread evenly allowing a few on the edges. Then sprinkle with parmesan.
Sprinkle on Italian Seasoning. Then apply 2 strips of pizza sauce.
Apply pepperoni along the strip of pizza sauce, then sprinkle on a little more parmesan, if desired.
Bake in a preheated 450f oven until bottom is crisp. About 15-20 minutes. Baking times will vary.
