Spring Peas with Herbs
Freshly steamed peas, tossed with a dab of butter, just picked chervil, a splash of cream, then sprinkled with flaky sea salt. Such an easy dish but so delicious - and oh, that color.
- 3 cups peas fresh or frozen
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 3 tbsp fresh chervil, parsley, or favorite herb
- kosher salt or flaky sea salt to taste
Boil peas until tender, add butter, cream, chervil and mix to combine. Place in a serving bowl and sprinkle with koser or flaky sea salt.
