Easy Asian Dipping Sauce for Dumplings, Pot Stickers, Gyoza
An incredibly easy dipping sauce perfect for Asian dumplings, pancakes, gyoza, pot stickers, and egg rolls. Bright, savory, and umami with soy sauce, ginger, rice vinegar.
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tsp rice vinegar
- 2 tsp black vinegar optional, if you don't have it then bump up the rice vinegar to 3 tsp
- 1 tsp sugar
- pinch white pepper (or black pepper)
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil or to taste
- pinch sesame seeds and sliced green onion optional
Add all ingredients into a shaker jar and shake vigorously. Serve with any dumpling, eggroll, tempura, etc.
